Shipping Cost & Returns Policy
Economic Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package and your location. Shipping cost will be displayed on checkout system.
Packages are shipped by economical postal services packed very discret.
Tips to help optimize the shipping price:
• The weight of your order is shown on your shopping cart, you can go back and buy more products so that your purchase has the maximum scale weight, and so optimizing the cost of shipping.
• The weight of the box or packaging is approx, 40 grams
• Bare in mind that your order does not go direct to your mailbox you will be required to go collect your package from the branch of the Postal Company delivering the goods.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Please, carefully inspect your order upon receiving your delivery.If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly arrange a refund or provide an exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

- We do not ship cash on delivery.
- The package will be sent to the address that was entered into our system (at registration), if the postal service cannot locate the consignee, leave a notice of arrival to pick up the package at the nearest post office, the package will NOT be left with a custodian, caretaker, guardian …
- We do not communicate by telephone to you stating that your package has been shipped.
- Keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered delivery service days and are not counted as normal working days.
- We make every effort to respect the deadlines stated, however we are not liable for any consequences due to a shipping delay or packages lost by the Postal Service or Courier for any reason or for any unforeseen event, if you do not receive delivery of the package within the period stated, we will conduct an investigation along with the courier and proceed to a full refund if the case warrants it.
- When a package is not delivered, and it’s returned to us during this period, we cannot forward or make a refund.
- The client acknowledges that the purchase and ordering of products into your country of residence is legal and does not violate any provision of its internal law. As noted, any responsibility for the sale and delivery of products to the customer, marketing and handling in Peru is legal.
