How to buy in our store

In order to buy on our website you must follow the following procedure:

Prices and product availability

The prices and availability of the products of Store are valid except for running out of stock or typographical error. The orders will be attended by a strict order of reception.

Additional Shipping Terms

  • We do not send on delivery or cash on delivery.

  • COCAINKA DOES NOT communicate by phone indicating that your package has been shipped.
  • It should be taken into account that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered as delivery service since they count as non-working days.
  • Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
  • COCAINKA makes every effort to respect the delivery deadlines mentioned, however it is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay of shipment or losses of packages by the postal service or courier for reasons or causes unforeseeable or insurmountable of force majeure , In case of not delivering the package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier and a full refund will be made if the case warrants.
  • When a package is not delivered, it is returned to our office during that period, no reshipment or refund can be made.
  • The client declares to know that the purchase and admission of the products to the country of his residence is legal and does not violate any internal regulations. Therefore, COCAINKA disclaims any responsibility for the sale and shipping of the products to the customer, since its marketing and handling in Peru is legal.
